About

Hey! Welcome to These Happy Times!
Let me fill you in on what you will find here.
I'm very crazy about Johnny, my sweet husband.
He's my best friend & my person in life.
The Lord brought us together during the most unexpected time in our life.
This guy is my happy. Our Story is hereMy husband is a pastor &
I'm honored to serve alongside him in ministry.
I'm blessed to be this little guys mommy.
Noah is three & full of so much life, character, and personality.
He keeps me on my toes & my smiles active.
We are expecting a baby girl in October.
Our hearts are overjoyed to welcome her into our lives.
We have two sweet babies in heaven who we have not yet met.
Looking forward to seeing their precious faces in glory
when one day we are all in heaven.
I'm a stay at home mommy & I truly love it.
It is by far the best job there is and one that our little family
will continually make sacrifices for me to keep. I have a degree in
Social Work and one day when the time is right I look forward to working
in that field. For now I'm loving every snuggle, earlier morning kisses,
picnic dates, & making memories with our little one.
Some things you should know about me.
I've been in love with Jesus (my savior) for a very long time.
I'm very honest. I write openly about my struggles in life, things on my heart,
and all the things that keep me passionate about life.
I love to create. I love to make things for myself, our kids,
others, & things for our home. I have a shop that occasionally pops up
filled with things I've created. I love laughing. Dancing on our deck
with my husband after Noah is in bed.

Most days I'm sitting on the back deck with coffee in one hand,
journals everywhere, paints, books, and maybe some strawberries
while Noah plays in the yard.
I truly love community. Here & in real life. Growing together with others.
I love opening our home for play dates, dinner, and little parties.
I have a love for decorating. Celebrating life. Taking pictures.

I love a simple life.
One that is beautiful & lovely.
Full of passion & heart. Lots of laughter & smiles.

    1. Hey Ellie! So glad you found my blog. I LOVE L, from All Glorious Within. She's the sweetest & I'm thankful for her friendship. Thats awesome that you are studying social work, is it your major? I fell in love with it. Even though I'm not working directly in that field, I'm using so much of what I've learned with my Social Work degree in ministry & in life in general. Its a great degree to have.
