DIY Valentines Wreath

Gather up your supplies & get started. Oh, if you are using a straw wreath like mine, LEAVE the plastic ON! Trust me, big mess otherwise.
My apologies for the poor quality of pictures. I didn't use my fancy-smancy camera.

After you cover your wreath in fabric start making some pretty felt flowers. Below is a quick tutorial of how I made these felt flowers, check out my Pinterest Board for more ideas.
I use fabric scissors, because it makes it much easier. Grab a coupon from Michaels or Hobby Lobby to get a pair of fabric scissors for about $7. Now, after your pretty flowers are made, create some petals for them. I drew out my own leaf template (looks more like a tear drop) but you could probably find one on google to print out if that works better.
Be sure to play around with exactly where you want the leafs before you glue them. Then lastly glue on your fabric flowers. I made a little removable fabric bunting to put on my wreath, feel free to get creative to make your own! Or just make it simple & skip the bunting.
This diy Valentines Wreath brightens up my day every time I walk by. Let me know if you try it out! I would love to see yours.
